Cafe Manager

Lead our flagship 1401 I Street location as Cafe Manager! You'll own the full café experience — from hiring and onboarding baristas to managing labor costs, coaching your team through busy downtown rushes, and maintaining the Knightley quality standard that our guests trust. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll be on the floor during peak service, driving culture, and using our scheduling and analytics tools to make smart staffing decisions.
